The Bulkley Valley Child Development Centre is a non-profit society
which offers quality services and programs that provide a variety of
care and support for families with children living in Smithers
and the surrounding communities.
Mission
Statement
The
Bulkley Valley Child Development Centre is dedicated to providing
comprehensive community-based services and resources that support and
foster the achievement of potential and enhance the quality of life for
children and their families.
Guiding Principles

quality services, education and resources within their home and

of close collaboration with other community service providers so that a
broad array of comprehensive services are available
